My credit score Current is 745 and I built exclusively through the use of credit cards and pay on time (but never had the loans). Someone told me that the lack of installing paid credit score keep me much higher. Is it true? Should I take a little credit consumers to increase my credit rating since I am preparing to apply for a mortgage in the near future?

You do not need a loan. More often than not, they pull you down. Who told you that? If you're looking to score National free credit site, check out this site http://Free-Credit-Score-National.com/ Here you can see Your 3-in-1 Report of the three credit bureaus and your credit score rating free, fast and secure.
