What is the best credit card for college student?
please tell me … not buying things you can not pay, I use a card Debit ETC .. I know this and thanks =) I need a card that has a low interest rate and no annual fee .. i only charge around 400-500 per month and I will most likely pay 100% of it at the end of the month or not less than 85% of my balance at the end of the month! please help me!
