Wamu credit cards question?

I've been very happy with Wamu credit card I had for a year, interest is low, and I start to check my credit score online for free anytime. I got an offer in the mail, on the other Wamu card has 5% cash back, and more money back if you use the card for gas or groceries. Im thinking of going this card offer, and cancel the card I had for a year as no benefit. I just wanted to get some advice here .. want to do this well? I really do not want to have too many cards open, so it is So when I open one, I want to close the other. The new card will have 0% interest until August 2009.
