How can I report a possible credit card fraud?

I just received a call from "866-330-1942". I received a message Automatic saying press 1 to lower interest credit cards, and the ability to reduce would be over soon. I pressed one and has to someone named "Marco French" who wanted personal information from me. I asked what credit card company you worked, and he said it was Visa / Mastercard customer service. He said the bank, and put on the defensive saying that if I did not want to lower the rate it was my business. He said one of my credit cards would raise rates by 30 to 60 days and hung up. I called one of my 3 credit cards that said there was no customer service Visa / MasterCard, as the cards are privately owned banks. Anyone else has this happened? Where can I report? It makes me feel very uncomfortable.

Call you attorney general says.
